Nice looking area. The bed was super comfortable. One of the staff working there was rude and got into a loud argument with another customer in the lobby during breakfast, other than that staff was friendly

Well the only thing that was good was the staff! There was constant loud parting out side my room #135. The TV didn’t work the first night! I have never stayed in a Hotel with permanent residences. I would not stay there again due to all of the problems that I encountered. Karen Breer

I’m with the Denver Post and had a major accident and on top of it all.. went thru EXPEDIA and used the filter ‘nearest me’ and showed the LaQuinta off the I-25 & Arapahoe and for SOME REASON, ended up popping up the ‘location’ for the 345 W 120th St location.. so I BOOKED it, and when I walked in to check in, they said it was for another location! DON’T TRUST EXPEDIA!! Morons!!! LaQuinta is AWESOME!!

This hotel looked nothing like what they advertised on hotel.com.. It was a run down hotel with all kinds of homeless people all around. The room smelled really bad like old wet dirty carpet. The pool looked disgusting liked like it hadn’t been cleaned since last year. I had to find another hotel to stay at because I did not feel safe with my kids there.

First of all I asked for room together side by side so as families we can have security take care of each other’s because we have some older friends who can not carry their luggage. And some of them have to change rooms numerals time because rooms have holes and bathrooms are not clean and ask for all none smoking room and Some of those rooms smell like smoke and some kind of weird smells to the rooms. But Front Desk Clark was very helpful. To change the rooms that have problems. But most importantly is that your property need security at knights there are a lot of yelling and arguing going on back of the building

Room was nothing like picture. Holes in carpet. Electrical outlets didn’t work to charge phones and laptops. Cigarette butts all over the stairs and outside rooms. Ice machine was broken. Door wouldn’t lock. Shower rod had paint chipping off pole. Only given 2 towels. No fan in bathroom/ broken.

It’s not bad like the stars say, if you’re a person that needs to be treated like a king than it’s not the place, but if you’re humbled like any of us than I would def stay, I had no issues and even extended a night with breakfast included and room service, atmosphere was very calm and overall was relaxing

I was unaware that they have two sides on the hotel, "the new side and the old side" of the hotel. I received a room on the old side at arrival which is in terrible condition, carpet has a strong urine smell. We requested a move which happened the second night due to hotel being full but it was hard to sleep with the smell. The new side has no carpet which helps a little with odor, however bedding was stained, we slept on top of covers. All around the hotel, it smells really bad. I will NOT recommend this place at all. It also does not look safe. We had no choice but to stay there due to other hotels being at full capacity.
