The pictures that are advertised online doesn’t look like the rooms. The toilet was disgusting, there was a brown solid droplet on the floor in the restroom by the toilet that looked like it could be #2. We requested a no smoking room and it smelled like old cigarettes to the point that the bed has the smell and my clothes. There was black particles of something under the sheets to where if you rub your legs against the fitted sheet it feels like bumps under there. We were woken up around 8 in the morning from someone knocking and tugging on the door and when I asked “who is it?” The person jetted off with no response. The room also had food under the bed as if it hadn’t been sweated prior to us arriving. We were moved to a new room which it looked better than the room before but it had hair all over the shower wall. The breakfast is okay but even while getting breakfast the lady mopping the floor never put a wet sign up nor did she say “excuse me” while trying to mop while the patrons were trying to get food or drink. She also didn’t mop up all of the water and suds off of the floor before she left the area.. front desk was helpful with getting room exchanged but said it could’ve been room service at the door that early. If that’s the case they need to be trained on how to properly greet the guest but the guy had a hoodie on so idk..

We arrived at the hotel and found that our room was not what we were supposed to get. Also some of the power outlets were not working. We complained about the toilet not flushing, I had to clean the toilet out with my hands.

For the most part it was a good stay, room was clean and staff was nice. But felt unsafe after being threatened by another guest and the smell of weed and loud noises throughout the night and day. I will very likely not return to this hotel for future stays.

Trouble with TV. I question the quality of room prep, someone had ripped the phone out of the wall and put plastic bags over the light bulbs to create a fire hazard. I would expect house keeping to have caught these things.
