I was given a room that was already occupied. They apologized and gave me another room. That room had an outside door handle that literally feel off in my hand. Took handle with me when I checked out!

The front desk staff was kinda cold and not very helpful when I needed a copy of something important made. They told me to go to the neighboring hotel to ask but the bus stop out front had some very shady ppl hanging out and I was super uncomfortable with the looks one of them was giving us. This was a mother and daughter trip so we were extra alert and actually out a chair under our door latch for extra security. We couldn’t sleep, bad vibes all the way around and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was only cereal, scrambled eggs, waffles, and apples. I think I smelled pee in my bed as well. It was faint but there. But the room seemed “pretty” clean and the property looked like it was recently renovated.

Not happy about charging for parking on their property. It was obviously in early stages of changing hands. There was one lovely lady who had been there a while, thank goodness. The pool was definitely not in the best of shape - needs a whole new makeover in the pool itself.

Decent but Could be better

This hotel is decent for the price. I have a few criticisms that seem like fairly simple things that could be addressed. The sheets and towels were stained and that’s something. The hotel should address with their service provider. Our mattress was very very old and squishy and my husband and I both felt like we were sleeping in a hole. That’s something I hope the hotel will address. Something I found startling was that the hotel had put out a tip jar for the free breakfast. I’ve never seen this before. I grow increasingly uncomfortable that our service providers are failing to provide a livable wage for their staff and are relying on customers to tip in order to bring their wages up. I find this to be quite disturbing

Much nicer than when I stayed there years before. Had a late checkout and shuttle scheduled when I checked in. Usually fly to Denver now instead of flying Southwest from Denver. So don't usually stay at DIA motels as often.

Extreme dissatisfaction with a recent stay at your La Quinta Wyndham property. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and fell far below the standards I expected from a Wyndham-affiliated hotel. Upon arrival at approximately 1:00 AM, we were not informed by the front desk gentleman that the room door handle required a lift to open, causing unnecessary confusion and delay in accessing our room after a long day of travel. Throughout the stay, we encountered a series of unacceptable issues, including: The thermostat was non-functional, leaving the room uncomfortable. There was no hot water, which was extremely inconvenient. Mold was visible on the ceiling vent, which raises serious health and sanitation concerns. The hot tub and ice machine were both out of order. Wi-Fi was unavailable, which disrupted our ability to stay connected. For a party of three, we were provided with only two washcloths and no cups in the room. The exterior card reader from the parking lot was inoperable, making it difficult to enter the building. The elevator was out of order, which caused additional strain when moving luggage. The breakfast area was poorly maintained, with tables left dirty and no forks available during breakfast. The in-room refrigerator was not cold, and the freezer was completely frosted over. Several electrical outlets did not work, preventing us from charging our phones and devices.

No hot water at night and way too much noise

The stay was terrible. 1) 9:00 pm no hot water did not want to move after a long day. 2) 2 am very loud crowd of people in the room across the hall. Multiple people in the hallway, slamming doors, loud talking. I asked them to be quiet. 3) 4:30 am more loud noises and again I went out to ask them to be quiet. 4) 5:00 loud people leaving and purposely pounded on our door as they left. ran out of the building so we couldn’t catch them. I called the front desk and complained. 5) 7:00 am AND 9:00 am housekeeping knocking on the door to clean the room. Check out was 11 and we were trying to get sleep that we lost during the night. 6) breakfast over at 8:00 (most places are until 10) and by 7:30 most food was gone. Not a good selection of pastries. 7) when we checked out I expressed my concern about the lack of hot water and noise. It did not appear there was a record of my call at 5 am. I was offered $20 off but I would have to contact Expedia and file the paperwork to get the discount.
