The staff was nice and attentive. The breakfast was good, hot and restocked. Unfortunately we had no hot water in our shower, at best it got luke warm. The location is very convenient. We have stayed before and we will stay again.
Front desk staff said that our reservation had been canceled, which it had not. She did not try and offer an explanation and basically ignored us. Trying to talk to ANYONE at Hotels.com was virtually impossible. Customer service at this hotel and Hotels.com was terrible. We left and went to a different hotel.
The Hotel is getting pretty run down. The elevator feels like you're going to get stuck on it. It seems like have lots of druggys staying there. The smoke detector in the hallway was beeping all night. The room was fairly clean. The other parts of the hotel not so much. Breakfast was kind of a joke. Not a very big selection of stuff to choose from. Too many people coming and going all night and day for my taste. I will not stay there ever again.
The La Quinta is a great place to stay especially for the price very economical staff is friendly the breakfast is good everything's clean and they always try to help out if there's any issues
Customer service is zero! Some guests were chased out, without refund because they had someone come visit with a child who was crying. The hotel involved the police and the guests were evicted even after their visistors left and they were not refunded after only checking in for 2 hours. It was a horrible experience
Kids next door were absolutely a mess from 11pm to around 2am jumping from bed to bed, screaming and banging on the walls. Had to call front desk about 2 times and yet still nothing changed. Got no sleep at all since i needed to be up at 3 to catch my flight. Im usually not picky whatsoever but last nights stay was absolutely unacceptable. Room was in great shape but will probably not be staying there again
