The facility was clean. I received a handicapped accessible room which I did not request. There was not any shampoo in the shower or hand soap at the bathroom sink. I also did not have hot water for my shower. I mentioned these things to the customer service representative at the front desk and they didn't say anything, not even a quick apology for the inconvenience. I most likely will not be back due to the fact that it was not worth it the price of the stay.

Room had a good set up and was comfortable. Didn't like the hotel's "cashless" policy as the only option. I had to download an app just to do laundry. The app also required a minimum amount forcing me to load money I'll likely not ever use. Hotel overall was nice but the "cashless" policy will have us looking elsewhere if we stay in Denver again.

Parking was easy. Breakfast was minimal. I had 2 dogs with me and my sister uses a cane so I requested a ground floor room. However we were put on the 2nd floor at the furthest end from the elevator, with no explanation. The feeling was they are maybe pet tolerant, but not what I’d call “pet friendly”.

I left my charger in the room. I called the front desk that night but couldnt help me as theres no housekeeping at night. The next day, My wife called the following morning then they said it wasnt there. Then I called again to ask them to double check the room,then they finally found it.

I have stayed at this location for work probably a dozen times and each time, it is a great experience. Clean, well laid out rooms. Great service. Amazing fresh (free) breakfast each morning. It is safe enough to walk to work during the day and a great value for the price!
