We have stayed here several times in the last 4 months and will continue to do so. The front desk staff is great. Rooms are clean and the price is right for our repeated trips to Colorado. No complaints!

I had the worst experience Most of the night on level four room 409 There was this people with big dogs and men fighting in the whole way. It was the scariest thing of my life. They were fighting. It seem they were intoxicated a smell of smoke weird smell even though there is a sign that says no smoking allow in there Please, I will not recommend la Quinta Littletonfor for families or solo folks sketchy place nobody came in do anything about the altercation that was in the hallway. It was scary. I thought I was gonna die there.

Hotel was clean and beds gaily comfortable.thw ac/heater was terribly noisy and our room was next to busy highway which was extremely noisy. We hardly slept. We were on the first floor and noise above and around us was noisy so we slept poorly, breakfast was ok but not many choices and lots of sugary items . They seemed short-handed.

Super dirty, seemed to have drug addicts wandering the halls and trying to open our room. No hot water. Mattress was too worn and uncomfortable. Worst La Quinta we’ve ever stayed at.

Pretty ghetto place in a decent part of Lakewood

There were multiple disturbances during the first 2 hours of our stay from a guest next door screaming profanities at someone. The bed, bedding and pillows were terrible. The thermostat had a sign that said out of order. The breakfast should just be skipped altogether. The staff were fine. I’d rather stay at Motel 6 than this place.

We were going to a Red Rocks concert and there is a Denny's right next to the hotel which is why I choose the hotel. Bad: Shower was freezing cold. Started out warm and then was nonstop freezing. I have been to some really cheap hotels and almost never have a cold shower.. The Internet is slow.. Just have a temporary password for guests.. It was insanely hot when I was trying to sleep at night. Had the ac at the lowest it could go and opened the window. Just SOOOOO hot. The elevator was smelly. You can easily have someone go in there with bleach or some cleaning stuff and make it smell instantly better. Good: Service. People were nice! Most of those things are fine for me, but the freezing shower has made me put La Quinta hotel chain on the lust of bad hotels now. That is unacceptable! I feel like I spent waaaaay too much money for a crappy shower.

No water when I arrived unsure when it will be on, working on it. I understand things happen. In morning tried to take a shower let it run 15 minutes only warm from tub when turned shower it went cold, washed hair in sinksame happened upon leaving.Upsetting but it happens used towel to rinse hair, glad to get home and shower!!

Their front desk service was awesome. But the rooms were not very clean. The furniture were woren down & torn. Chair was not very stable. The bed was very uncomfortable, mattress was very old you could fell the springs very differcult to sit down on it because the wire in the edges of bed no longer had any cushion around them. Too much traffic of people either drunk or on drugs. Didnt feel safe at all.

The staff were awesome and friendly but because of a lack of communication we received a room that already had someone else in it! Then because of a dryer problem we had no towels. Then there was a problem with the internet. I did like the staff though who kept trying to make things right.
