No luggage carts.

The hotel itself was very nice, but with 3 and 4 floors, they only had 1luggage trolly, and people were very rude. Taking it to the room and then not returning it to front. Staff did t seem to concerned and that made it worse.

In Town for a Concert

Asked for a room at the end of a hall, and we got it. The one closest to I-25. Heard road noise through out the night, but our sound machine we had helped. The pillows were horrible, non-supportive. Made for a long night. The room was very nice and comfortable though. Great shower. Towels were think. Breakfast was good with a good variety. Staff were friendly and the warm cookies were a nice touch.
