We usually love staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites, but this time was different. Upon getting the bed ready for a good night sleep I noticed that the pillow was filthy, and I mean disgustingly dirty. The pillow cover wasn't changed and it had some bloody boogers. Another pillow had some oily stains. We had to call the reception at 10pm and ask for pillows change. Still it was not comfortable to sleep there. How do we know if any of the bedsheets had been changed? We will think twice before reserving at LQ again and if we do, we will always check the bedsheets upon entering the room.

It was shelter but not a comfortable sleep

Room was clean but mattress was worn, saggy, creaky had a ridge around edge and dip in middle. The pillows were awful, worthless really. They had zero aupport and the fethers were clumped together. Was disappointed to find the hot tub closed. Description said pool was seasonal May-Sept but didn't say the hot tub would also be closed on an 80° day in Oct.

The bed was comfortable, but two of the towels had holes in them. The breakfast that was provided ended at 9:00am. Many individuals were in line to get breakfast and they lock up all the food. I have never witnessed such a thing.

The first impression upon walking in was very good. Check in was a breeze. I had used their mobile check in. The staff member was very helpful in directing us to the elevator and location of our room. Room is very nice, quit and clean.

This time around I was given a room towards the back which faced the highway, it was a bit noisy, plus people were smoking near the door and elevator was slow. Not the best of experiences but the hotel, the room and area are all nice, safe and comfortable.

Pool, hot tub, breakfast..all wonderful. The hotel is in great condition. All hotels must be diligent regarding bed bugs. I found welts all over me just as my stay was ending. That starts a whole new nightmare regarding them hitch hiking.

The place seemed great for the price. Big room. Nice breakfast. But we dealt with someone not staying in the stairway, eating the breakfast, smoking, throwing trash around. While they took care of the person. The food trash was still in the stairwell when we left 2 days later. I don’t have confidence in the safety or cleanliness of this location.
