This property looks nothing like the pictures. There is one elevator that is a freight elevator that barely works. The paint was peeling off the walls, baseboards covered in gunk, someone’s hair in the towels, internet didn’t work, was approached by a drug dealer in the parking lot, had a drunk man try to enter our room, the pool looks NOTHING like the pictures and neither does this property. When we told the hotel about this and we weren’t staying another night they refused our refund and said oh well. DO NOT stay at this property. It is disgusting. This entire ad is one big catfish. So, we paid for a night even though we didn’t stay there. It’s just gross all the way around

This place is a disgrace to the name La Quinta. Everything in this place is broken and not working properly. The elevator is from the 1950s and looks and sounds like it's from the 1950. The floor in the hallway is uneven under the carpet and feels like it's about to collapse. The wooden floor boards in the room were uneven and sticking out, I got lucky by not curring my feet on those. No light in the bathroom above the mirror. Only on the ceiling. Makes it dark in there. The reading light wasn't working, and when I called to replace it, they said they don't have another one to replace it with, and that I had to wait for the maintenance guy the next day. They also knew that the night lights they're using aren't reliable and break all the time, yet they left a faulty non-working reading light in the room. And I had to use a flashlight. The water in the sink are on the upper limit level of being drinkable. 250 plus ppm. The internet is flaky and unreliable. Upload speed is slower than a 4g network. They stopped serving eggs for breakfast, and when I asked why they said they don't know. The washing machine is about to die, took twice as long as normal to finish washing. And the drier is not working. I wanted $2 for the thing to spin my laundry around for an hour on the highest heat, only to finish with everything still wet! I had to hang my laundry all over the room for it to dry. Everything in this place is falling apart or is about to fall apart.

Tv wouldn’t work, toilet flooded and phone had been ripped out of the wall. Service was great and they immediately came and fixed everything but we wasn’t feeling the vibe. Definitely an old hotel.

Hotel pretty run down. Thin walls. Fitness center is not usable as it is a storage room. But breakfast was alright. Bed was comfortable. The room needed a good deep clean. And lots of prior damage poorly repaired.
