We got in late and checked in no problem we went up to our room to shower and stuff there was hair in the shower and overall just dirty room, and if it was a $200 holiday inn I would look past it but it’s not, so we switched rooms and the next one had a broken bathtub and the floor was cracked in the “kitchen” area along with broken cabinets, so we switch rooms and the next one had a door that wouldn’t lock at all and we would have to slam it to get shut but we were tired so we just latched the deadbolt and went to bed next morning we switched rooms and this one was good 4th times the charm I guess. also front desk lady was so rude to us like we did somthing wrong

First of all, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, sincere, and fast! I had a very nice stay. Very walkable! The bed was incredibly comfortable. The big tubs are luxurious! Only thinf- Please add to the sign about ice that it is on the first floor, so people can get t. I called for ice, and it never came after two hours.

I am obsessed with history and old buildings and hotels. I was first put in a room that had no view, and I called downstairs and there was a room with a beautiful city view of historic buildings, so I got to stay in one and stare at one. I was literally only there because of the storm and was so grateful to spend my night in, in such a beautiful place. (But the bath stopper needs fixed!)

The HVAC in the room was like trying to sleep with a wind tunnel turning on and off throughout the night. I didn't sleep well all week. The bath tub didn't hold water. The drink prices are stupid. The shower head was awful. On the other hand, the bed was comfy and a good selection of pillows. No upcharge for bottled water was lovely.

Sleepless nights due to noise.

I’d asked for a room away from the elevators. The hotel confirmed. My room was 15 feet from the elevators. I couldn’t sleep either night due to all the noise. I’ll never stay at Magnolia again.
