There where two fist holes in the bathroom deep there was no vent cover in the bathroom what looked to be blood splatter in bathroom and leaves all over the floor

The room itself wasn’t bad, but it stank like wet dog. We also had no Toilet paper,& enough towels for everybody. The older women working the front was nice,& gave us the things we didn’t have in the room (TP/Towels) and it’s pretty ghetto in the nearby area. Would most likely not stay again

Very Old and Low Quality

There were a lot of "homeless" people who were staying there and just left their shopping carts in front of their rooms. In my room, someone had taken all of the lamp shades, so everything was just a bare bulb. I got undressed to shower, and then realized there were no towels in the room. The phone in the room didn't work. I called the property on my cellphone and told them I had no towels. The woman at the front desk said she was alone and asked me to come up and get them. (I got dressed, walked from the back of the property to the office, then walked back to begin my shower.) Everyone at the front desk was amazing. But the rooms and the services need a lot of work. Also, every day my room key wouldn't work. The guy told me your car key, cellphone, watch, etc -- anything can wipe the card, so I just went to the front desk each time I returned so they could fix the key. I think this property is happy with the un-homed customers it appears to cater to, and just wanted to let everyone else know what to expect.

The service at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. The bed was old and creeky and very uncomfortable. There were no towels or trash can in the room. Brown streaks on the walls in some places and the door deadbolt did not work and you had to yank on the door just to get it open

Room smelled like a bottle of bleach exploded, flies in the room, burn marks in sheets, holes in bathroom walls, bathroom door hardly opened when closed, hole in window screen. The worst motel/hotel experience. So bad we had to leave and find another hotel.

Always our first choice

This is the next best thing to home for us. The staff are all amazing people, they have treated me, my husband, and our children like family. It may be a rough part of town but it just adds character. The manager that runs this place is so very professional and she runs a tight ship keeping us safe and feeling welcome. This motel will always be our first choice. If you have anything bad to say about this motel or the staff that runs it, then kick rocks!!!! 😄

Property is in rough shape. We went to take a shower and realized we didn’t have towels in our room. Call front desk to get towels and was told that housekeeping does not come until 9 am so we would have to go without towels until then. Pool was closed despite being advertised as having a pool. Front desk acted like she hated being there. Beds were comfortable.

A hell hole!

Well, it statedcwith rm #111, missing light globes, the door dead bolt was missing the knob for the dead bolt, no towels in thebroom, the mirror on the wall had been ripped off the wall, the area was very sketchy, drug users and homeless on the property, I went to the office about not able to lock the dead bolt, , so she moved me to the rm #112 nextdoor, it was not much better, holes in the wall patched but not painted, the room smelled like mixture urine and pot, the drapes had a big hole in them, it had a ball of tissue in it so you could not see in, the sheets had black top or tar on them, so I took them off the bed and we slepted in our clothes, also, no towels in th I s room as well, if I had not driven 16 hrs, we would not have stayed, we were just dead tired. My opinion, it should be torn down. Dont waste your money.

Only one towel in the bathroom and we only got one from the front desk. The light outside bathroom was out. The light over the sink was out the next day. Light wasn’t bright and the faucet didn’t work in the shower stall. No lampshades in the lamps.
