This property did not have a room ready when booked online a head of time! The room had bugs along the jacuzzi, the living room tv was not working was told do to the snow when that was a lie because the bedroom tv was working the couch had stains so had to ask for sheets to even sit down when telling the front desk about the problem with the bugs even showing a video they then told me they can call pest control but if they didnt find a bed bug or Cockroach we would have to pay a 500$ fee for them coming out i do not recommend coming to this Establishment very disappointed with the overall experience and will not be coming back!

My tv wouldn’t work all night after calling front desk several times, then the power went out for a while in the middle of the night … the staff was friendly but was aggravated I not only couldn’t watch tv but I was also in pitch blackness.

This is a go to place just to lay your head in a conformable bed and warm/cool room. There's nothing fancy at all. For sure just an upgraded motel. The hot tub and pool is 24 hours but you can tell they don't clean it daily. The breakfast is very simple. No options for non pork Eaters. They also have signs where they serve breakfast to NOT bring your food back to your room. Only one elevator work's and the one that does work is loud and a lil questionable. You can hear the expressway and anything that happens in the hallway or the floor above you. This is not a piece and Quiet type of hotel at all just a safe place to lay your head. Free 24hr airport shuttle! The first room i received the tv or the phone did not work in the room. They switched my room immediately after I called them from my cellphone. The tub was rusted room clean.

No airport shuttle

I called for a shuttle from the airport and the front desk person said it would be 20 minutes. I waited in the snow for almost an hour. I started calling after 30 minutes and no one answered. Had to take a car. At the hotel, I called again before checking in and watched the front desk person ignoring the phone with the receiver off the hook for five minutes.
