We purposely booked this hotel because they offered a free 24/7 airport shuttle. But when we checked in, the shuttle was completely booked for all of the early morning runs. The desk clerk tried to get us a seat on a different hotels shuttle but couldn’t. We had to pay $40 for an uber. Only big disappointment.

Overall the hotel was fine. However, I had to sign a waiver agreeing to pay a fine if I smoked in the room. I do not smoke so it was not an issue. But the entire hallway outside my room had a strong odor of marijuana. How ironic!

They have the worst possible shuttle there ever was!! They left us standing outside in the airport loading dock in 3 degree weather for over an hour and a half. We ended up hopping on the Double Tree shuttle to get to the Quality Inn. The Double Tree and every other hotel shuttle was on their third pick up and not once did the Quality shuttle come by. When we got to the hotel there were two shuttles from the Western Shuttle service parked on the side of the Quality. When asked about why they weren’t out picking up customers at the airport we were told that the shuttles were broken down and not in service. To me, that’s just cruel to leave your customers out in 3 degree weather waiting for a shuttle that will never show. We called the Quality 4 times to inquire as to when the bus would pick us up and beg them to send out the shuttle. All 4 times we were routed to a phone center in the Philippines. Never in my life will I stay at the Quality!! The manager knew there was no service but did nothing to cover the needs of the customers.
