We had a room on the first floor, the dark curtain did not close all the way and my husband confirmed you could see into the room at night. We also requested a wake up call on Sunday morning and did not receive it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Needs some flooring issues fixed

The staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean and quiet. The room, however, was interesting. The floor into the 3rd floor room had ripples under the carpet, to the point that it was not pleasant walking on. Not sure if this was a building settling issue or something else, but a bit concerning. Also the bathroom vanity was pretty dinged up and a lot of grout was missing in between the floor tiles. Besides that, the bed was comfortable and everything appeared to work.

Quick stay before flying out og Denver

Hotel is very nice. Some attention to small details - paint, cleaning in the corners (public areas), etc. would be good. Very easy to and from Denver International Airport.

When I made my booking I was sent a message through Expedia saying that the last airport shuttle was at 12:30am.I waited in the correct spot from 12:03- after 12:30... no shuttle. I took a taxi to the hotel and was told by front desk staff that he would ask the manager to refund me for the $45 taxi ride. I never heard from the manager and did not receive a refund.
