broken pool..nosiy a/c in room that when on was emitting dust family sneezing..change your a/c filters! over grown scrubs into walkways.. oh and how about not having uhaul rental trucks and other commercial pickup trucks not taking multiple spaces up from customers renting rooms...

Communication with housekeeping.

The poor girl at the front desk needs a way to get a hold of house keeping, without having to leave the front desk. The check in time is 4pm and no one could check in. It sounded like hose keeping was not letting the front desk know which rooms were clean and the front desk lady had to keep leaving to find house keeping to figure out what rooms were done. People were very upset and yelling at the front desk. She really did such a nice job staying calm! Once in our room, there were no trash bags, or bar soap or the normal makeup wipes etc. It was just disappointing as we paid over $200. Could not get to our room until after 5pm and room was not complete.
