Needs Improvement

Ck in was simple. Friendly my young man Have warm welcome and invitation to help our selves to coffee and tea. Coffee was cold. Decaf was empty. Hot water was cold. No herbal teas, only caffeinated. He said there was decaf in the rom. There was not. Rom temps was 58 dégrées. Outside was 14 dégrées. Took 3 hrs to get room temp to 67. Roms that are désignâtes to pré ck in clients should be warm by ck in.

We have always wanted to stay here because of the convenience to the hospital but it always seemed to be so expensive. This time it was within our budget so we tried it. It was very nice. Nice room and everything was clean and well kept. We would love to stay here every time we have ointments at CU medical

There was a major storm that went through I-25 from Pueblo to Denver and we got stuck in the storm. We tried to make it to the property but since it was past a certain time, we could not get a refund! The roads were snow packed and icy and travel was at a standstill, but even then, that was not a good enough excuse for a refund! I called that evening and the next morning (since the evening person told me to call to talk to the main manager on duty) I called again and I got per their policy that I had time to show up (life threatening conditions involving the weather was not a good enough excuse) and that I should have planned for the weather and travel time (we were coming from over 350 miles away and the weather changed from what it was suppose to be to worst). So…next time when anyone decides to book with them, it would be best to make sure to that the “weather is very favorable”… Will not stay at this location and do not recommend…
