Went for concert at Ball Arena.

This hotel was lovely. Right by the Ball arena so we just walked over for the concert. The breakfast was lovely. The room was nice. Great stay overall.

The room was fine other than the refrigerator only works for 2 hours at a time, it has a timer on it to reduce electricity usage. There was one staff member at the counter that is extremely rude, everyone else was fine. There is construction going on right next door on the Mountain View rooms and there is only valet parking.

If you want a fantastic hotel with comfy beds, free excellent breakfast and steps from the Ball Arena then stay here. Also the burger at the restaurant there was so good we had it for dinner both nights. Next concert I’ll definitely stay there again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are very clean and quiet. Great location to walk to Union Station for shopping and dining, as well as Empower Field or Ball Arena. There is a Brewpub 50 feet from the hotel that has great food. Would stay here again!

This hotel was really convenient to Ball Arena where we were attending a concert from out of state. We walked to and from and it was so easy. Our room would not get very cold and both my daughter and I woke up several times hot. Also, their system had a glitch that sent me both a message in the app and email that we had checked out after the first night. I called and their system had everything correct though. There was also a link from a bracelet or something on the floor between the beds that had me wondering how well the room was really cleaned between guests. That was the only thing that I saw though. We would definitely stay again.
