When we arrived, they informed us that they overbooked the hotel and we would be staying at a different hotel. After expressing how much of a hassle that would be, the man also checking in next to us offered to trade. The front desk woman was very accommodating to make this trade happen. So we did get to stay in the hotel.

Nice hotel, clean and modern. Be advised though, there is no parking close to this hotel so valet at $49 per night is the only close option. Closest overnight parking was a 10 minute walk away. Thos should be disclosed in the hotel listing. Much nicer hotels close by with much easier paring options. Wont stay here again.

It was great! Near the ball park and other bars! Only thing I wasn’t too comfortable with was the restroom door. I could talk in a normal voice and we could hear from the bathroom. I like going to the toilet knowing no one can hear me. So I used the restroom in the lobby restroom.

We’ve stayed here a couple times and love the location. We are able to walk to Ball Arena which is extremely convenient. Highly recommend walking to Tom’s Watch Bar before hitting up a sporting event! The hotel is clean and everyone is super nice. Make sure to just use the valet. It obviously costs more but it’s much easier than trying to find a parking spot on the road or walking from a parking garage that’s 2 miles away.

Perfect for going to an event at the Ball Arena
We came in during snowstorm Nov 8. From the moment we pulled up, the valet was wonderful. So polite & helpful. Front desk gentleman was so kind and ready to get us to our room as quickly as possible. We got to our room & it was sparkling clean! Quiet all weekend. We came to go to Nuggets vs Mavericks game. Perfect location for any event at the Ball Arena. Less than 5 minute walk!

The room was not the same room that I had booked. I was really disappointed. It seemed very compact and small. Did not look like any of the pictures? It’s like they put me in an oddball room.
