Delightful hotel. Very updated and enjoyable. Nice breakfast. My only 'negative' is that valet parking was expensive. But, like other downtown cities it is a fact of life. I did not check about self park, but was not offered.

The hotel was beautiful. Staff was awesome and friendly. Rooms, were so comfortable. But no pool. On a side note if you decied to ride around the city on the motorized scooters. They charge .50 a minute. Thw hotel itself was just wonderful.

Parking was annoying unless you pay 50 bucks for valet- we have a family of 6 and after traveling all day we wanted good sleep- the couch was fine, but the couch bed?? TERRIBLE. my son ended up sleeping on the floor- the couch bed was literal springs- NO COMFORT. And they did not have enough bedding, we had to call it up- should have asked for mor blankets to make a better bed on floor. Other than that, it was fine- clean, nice staff and great breakfast

Imagine a hot summer day… you arrive to check in and unlike any other hotel over stayed at, I was not offered a bottle of water or at least have complementary water. When I asked the young lady for some water, “we don’t have free water, but you can buy a bottle” The attitude in her voice was awful and she seemed so upset someone asked for a favor in the service industry. Obviously this General Manager feels a bottle of water at check in would bankrupt the place. DO BETTER! Karma is a B
