1st room had wet carpet, which was no problem they moved us to another room, but the next room had no hot water. Reported to the front desk and the next day was mildly hot, the following day better and our last day no hot water again. We heard several people complaining of the same situation. We reported it again as we left, they offered no recourse.

Always enjoy staying at the Curtis. I did notice that the room was not as clean, carpets still had debris and M&M’s in the corner. Toilets weren’t cleaned very well same with the shower. Will still continue to come anytime. I’m in Denver. Love the 13th floor and all the themed floors as well

Fun quirky hotel! Each floor was a 60s theme. Rooms were nice and staff friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the shower as it had no safery bar and a shower curtain vs door so water got all over bathroom. Cant beat the location! Be sure to eat at Sam 3 reztaurant for good cheap food
