It was historic and beautiful. Nice complimentary drinks and music. Staff was prompt and friendly. Only wish I’d known that valet parking wasn’t complimentary.

Phenomenal! 10/10. If you are thinking of staying here do it. The staff are so pleasant and the rooms are beautiful. The christmas tree in the lobby is so nicely decorated. And the restraunt next door is delicious. Excellent romantic getaway! Will definitely stay here next time we are im denver.

There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. The room was quite noisy and we were both woken up several times every night by screaming or other loud noises. It was an average stay at best. We were disappointed because the hotel is so highly mentioned and recommended in travel guides.

Beautiful old classy hotel a block from Union Station. Great staff, especially Carla. Big comfy rooms and fun bourbon tastings at night in the lobby with a fire going. Gorgeous Deco Cocktail bar and nice restaurant in the hotel. We loved it.
