The staff was wonderful and very helpful! The room was clean, however our radio didn't work and it took a while to get someone in there which was disappointing since that was a feature we were looking forward to. The pool was beautiful and the location itself was very close to a lot of the highlights.

The room was awesome. The front desk staff was super friendly. However, they offered me a complimentary glass of wine and they were out of wine. Then, there was some issue with Comcast, so there was no TV the entire stay. The shower gel was empty in the shower. So, although the rooms were great and the staff was super friendly, they have issues to work out.

The hotel did not have our room for the correct dates upon check in. I paid for three nights, and then they charged me again for another night when we got there. I then got a phone call saying they shouldn’t have charged me again, and they would refund it if we brought the card down again. I took the visa and they ran the card, supposedly to refund, but they CHARGED me again. I was charged too much, when I completely paid before we ever even checked in in the first place
