Normally love this place.
We had a terrible experience last time, ive stayed here over 15 times but last time we waited a whole hour for our room to be ready. And that was after the 4 O'clock check in. Not to mention the numerous pepole that walked up and got a room right away after i was turned away mutiple times. We didnt have a special room either so that was not the issue. So I'll never stay here again. I could of went to any other hotel and checked in right away.

Room was not ready, they made us wait over an hour. When I went to the counter over 30 mins after the check in time asking why my room still wasn’t ready, they just switched me to a different room that was available. When I tried to escalate to a manager to discuss the inconvenience and get credit for the money we spent at the restaurant waiting, the manager, Anna, gave us silent treatment lol. I asked to have it escalated and was told another manager would call me to resolve, but they never did.
