Beautiful view and close shopping options

Very inviting hotel. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They charge for parking so you need to know that up front. They have a restaurant on site and a Starbucks. Shopping is walking distance away if you forgot anything.

We absolutely loved the Westin, and the restaurant/bar Kachina inside the hotel. The property was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The whole property is so nice, with a beautiful walking area outside the hotel as well. We will be back.
Kachina restaurant and bar was fabulous, especially the lemon drop martinis!
The walking area around the outside of the hotel was beautiful, especially at night. My mom enjoyed watching a momma duck and her four babies swim around each morning while she drank her coffee.

The parking lot looks unsafe. There is a barren land next to the parking lot across the street, which is marked free parking. There is one charged open parking lot $10 overnight, attached to the hotel. Both parking lots have no camaras but show safehabor clauses to waive the hotel responsiblity if theft happens. My faucet was leaking the whole night, very annoying. I couldn't report because my daughter was sleeping. The bath soap was also out ...

I had some friends recommend staying here but I wasn’t overly impressed. The food within walking distance was fantastic and great area for entertainment and felt safe. I just wished we would have booked at the other hotel we looked at booking in the area. We arrived after a long drive around 930pm to find out the specific room we booked of a King and Queen pull out sofa was not available. It was my Husband, our toddler, brother and me. I booked for 3 adults then was told we were just getting King bed or we could take the double beds room which were more expensive or the king with a roll away bed. We ended up doing the double beds which were fulls and getting a crib brought in. It was later and they never brought the crib until my husband went down to front desk closer to 11pm asking again. I booked their for the pool so while my brother and I were out to our plans the Toddler and dad could swim. The pool wasn’t working unfortunately. The front desk gal says we upgraded you to a Mountain View room for the inconvenience and compt your parking so you don’t have to pay that. Not terrible, some stuff unavoidable but I just wished I would’ve book the other hotel. I booked the room by bed size and price. The other hotel also had complimentary breakfast also that would have been more convenient and cheaper but since our friends recommended we choose to eat out. Probably won’t book here again and will go with the other option in same area. Too hyped up for price and service.
