We did not receive a room with accessible roll-in shower as requested. The lights were very dim in the room. There was no easy chair or sofa in the room. The tub was VERY slippery. The soap/lotion bottles were hard to squeeze. There were adequate grab bars in the tub area, but none around the toilet. Some of the outlets in the room did not work. With no carpet, the foot noise from the room above was irritating. The breakfast was average. The airport shuttle was very good.

We booked a King Room. When we went to our room, it was a two queen room. (No problem so we thought). We went downstairs to let the attendant at the front desk know that there had been a mistake. He told us that the kings were booked and made no effort to make it right, and pretty much made it seem like it was our fault. We booked and paid for a king room and got a queen room and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t stay here if they paid me to stay here.

My partner and I stayed here as a 9-hour layover. The shuttle to and from the airport is so helpful! It saved us Uber fees plus we got some sleep & a clean space to freshen up in. If I happen to come here for a layover again, I’d choose this hotel.
