It was a lovely stay at the Warwick. Sweet staff and good location. Great to have a restaurant downstairs and a rooftop. They did have neighboring construction going on and that was horrible to deal with during the day time but other than that it was a great stay!

Nice staff, nice room. Very spacious and clean. The property did seem to lack security, as anyone could enter the building and access the elevators without needing a key card. This also posed as an issue outside the property. We could hardly take two steps outside the door before being swarmed by people asking for money or cigarettes.

They did not uphold their zero tolerance policy of removing loud parties from the hotel. We called at least 3 times as our neighbors were clearly having a party. Who brings a really loud Bluetooth speaker to a hotel and plays in insanely loud at 10:00 pm? And then for the hotel to not act on this in any way was disappointing.

It was a very stressful experience. The rent desk person could not check me in properly and even though amex phoned her to tell her pending meant approved , she didn’t believe her . I was finally allowed to be checked in only to be told the next day from a dufferyperson that pending was normal and my charge would be approved upon check out. I left my beats headphones and my charger in my room and nobody has called me back so i assume housekeeping stole them . very disappointing stay . cost me an additional 400$ in stolen items

The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful durring my stay. Our room had a ripped blanket and the make-up mirror in the bathroom was clearly ripped off the wall and patched back on. This area has a lot of sirens going off and a lot of homeless people near by.
