Trae at the front desk was disrespectful when we were checking in. My husband was asking for info about how to pay the additional parking fees as we had never paid additional fees with a motel before. Trae informed us that “this was a Hotel not a motel where you pay w cash” We did figure it out, but first impressions are lasting and we won’t stay here again. There are lots of other Hotels to choose from.

Check in by rude and hostile front desk representative set the stage for an uncomfortable arrival at an otherwise well maintained property. A shame that management allows this to be a guests first interaction with the hotel.

Went to check in and the Clerk treated me very poorly and wanted to charge for parking when the reservation said parking provided. Front desk clear thought that this was the only hotel in the Denver area and walked away and did not try to resolve issue. Said that if I didn't like it to stay elsewhere and that the room was already paid for so who care. Will not stay at another Windum hotel again and it's a shame as I have stayed at various Windian hotels and they were all great

The staff was inflexible. I had to cancel due to sickness. I asked them if they could possibly refund me or at least give me credit. They did not of it and simply denied. They had the right to do it, but they could have shown a human side and help me out. I wont ever book with them again. They won one night of money and lost a client forever.
