As an airport hotel, the one expectation you would reasonably have is a reliable airport shuttle. That is not the case here. You have to sign up for the shuttle when you arrive (can't call in advance, I tried), and if you check in later in the day, it is quite likely that the shuttle will already be full (which apparently means just 10 people), as will the next one.
In our case, we had to take the 5:00 a.m. shuttle, an hour earlier than we had planned, which caused us to miss breakfast. The reason given was that their usual shuttle had been in an accident and they were operating a smaller replacement. In a city the size of Denver, it seems reasonable to expect that they could rent a larger shuttle or, as a business serving airport travelers, have a backup vehicle available.
Between the inadequate shuttle service, the missed breakfast, and the complete lack of any offer of compensation, I would recommend skipping this hotel. There are plenty of nearby options that may show more care for their guests.
