Only complaint was I got to my room around 11pm. Tried the key a number of times and finally a young women opened the door. I'm sure it scared her. Went back to front desk and learned they put her in my already reserved room.lots of apologies and quick room change, but otherwsie good. Very very clean and convenient to airport.

A nice hotel and it did the job. Trying to charge 10 dollars a night for parking seemed a bit harsh as it’s in a very open area. Staff were friendly.

Sadly the people make the property and the new person is not helpful. Wants to talk without moving his mouth and can’t understand what he says but didn’t like questions. Had an issue with dead batteries in out remote and didn’t want to have to help with that either. Other questions asked it was clear he wasn’t going to help. With now charging for parking this will no longer be our go to hotel for DIA

I picked this place because they said they had airport shuttle. I need to leave for the airport by 3:00 am and their shuttle service does not start until 3:30am. So now I have to drive to airport by 2:45 so I can park and then take another shuttle over.

I’ve stay here before. Never had an issue. But this time the printer wasn’t working. And I needed one. The sheet had stink of blood I didn’t notice ‘til the next morning. And the AC/heater wasn’t working. I was so tired and it was just one night that no biggie, but you guys should fix that. I didn’t mentioned to the front desk.

PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION OR DO NOT BOOK HERE AT ALL. When I arrived to claim our booking, my family and I were turned away. They had overbooked and no rooms were available. It was 10pm and we were exhausted from our long flight. Finding another available room in the area proved to be extremely difficult. Since we used a 3rd party they did not help to refund, and by the time I found another last minute available room in the area it was past midnight so I couldn’t cancel the reservation as I had missed my check in time. When I went back the next morning to get something in writing to give back to my 3rd party booking agency, they refused to assist because they had me recorded as a no-show, with no notes taken down by the clerk the night before. No manager available to speak with, they gave zero assistance in resolving or correcting anything with an attitude that it was not their problem. I wrote a statement of complaint to be filed with the hotel manager, who was to call me back, and I never heard from her. I’ve written off any chance of getting a refund at this point as I consider it a complete waste of my time to pursue it any further. It is obvious this hotel cares nothing for it’s patrons.
