The microwave had to be unlocked to use, no coffee pot in room, no coffee anywhere on premisis even rhough description said coffee/tea 24/7 in common areas, felt like a drug rehab center not a nice hotel and certainly didn't deserve the 8.8 rating you have.

Cigarette smoke absolutely overran this place. Our non-smoking room when we walked in smelt like wet smoke and even after a full can of febreeze the smell would not go away .

Definitely a one time visit. Dog barked all night in the room next door and nobody in reception to discuss. Poor quality bed and real Motel 6 level bathroom. Felt like the property needed a good scrubbing.

Horribly hard beds but it wouldn’t have mattered because I was sleeping with all the noise above me. Tried to call to complain no one would answer the phone had to get dressed T 10:30 at night to go to front desk to ask if she could please have them quiet down. She said she would call. I don’t m is if she did but it did not help the noise. Got up at 11:30 and left having to drive all the way home extremely tired.

From the minute we walked into the property, it was filthy. On the floor we had candy wrappers, gumballs, chips crumbs, what looked to be mouse droppings in the corner, a cigarette, something red and sticky coming from the fridge. The toilet didn’t flush. And there were metal prongs sticking out of the outlet between the beds. When we asked for another room, we were told the hotel was fully booked and there were none available. We left immediately.

The room was not cleaned, debris all over the floor, the sheets were stained, pillows and linen had a lot of hairs, no cooking utensils were found even though the reservation said it had it included, wifi was not working until third day of stay. No room cleaning was received when it said it was supposed to be twice a week. I requested clean linen to change it myself, it was refused.

Clean Rooms

My room was VERY CLEAN!!!! The bathroom was the highlight of it all, the area where this hotel is is very quite…..but….the only thing which is not so nice is that this is a pet friendly place……and it looks like the people in the room next to mine left two dogs into the room when they were outside and….oh….expect for ling night dog barkings next to your room…..I had to ask the reception to move me to another room which they did that quick and I was happy for their quick response, there is a huge refrigerator and large microwave in the room too, the rest was ok to me, once again those rooms are so clean
