This is not someplace a handicapped person should ever go. I am mildly disabled and there is nothing that addresses that. Doors are hard to open, the entire property is difficult to navigate. The room itself was stale. The bed was so squeaky every time I just moved a little. It’s way too high. And the hvac unit is so loud and clunky. There was screaming and fighting in the hallway the night I stayed. On the plus side the staff was kind and professional. I would not stay there again.

Long term hotel, so it was not geared towards travellers. Which is fine, I just expected some better coffee or other amenities in the lobby. The beds were also cheap.

The first room given to me, the room wasn’t made, beds were unmade and room smelt horrible. The second room given to me, was very dirty, stunk, sink in the bathroom leaked very badly and the bathroom fan didn’t work. No toilet paper, towels nor washcloths.

For a newer hotel with what seemed to be an average stay while booking, the place was filthy. Every room they tried to give us had bedding that was dirty/stained, and the second room (we had to try 3) didn’t have a toilet seat! The upstairs smelled so badly of pet urine it’s like they haven’t deodorized or cleaned carpets. And the room just smelled. Obviously needs a focus on housekeeping. The first room had towels and two wash clothes, no hand towel, while the final room only gave you two towels..period. Honestly we didn’t want to touch anything.. and to top it off, somehow another guest was given our same room number so we had someone trying to get into our room at 1130 pm. Definitely won’t be booking another one of these hotels.

I understand when a hotel is pet friendly there may be residual smell and pet hair. But our room had pet hair on every surface, on the sheets, on the blanket. The elevators smelled like dogs as did all the hallways. I own a dog so I understand dog smells. This was so awful.

Up dated building (8 of 10). But after that, crap.
Well one of the young ladies at the front desk was not very friendly. She didn’t know policy and procedures what can be dont and what can’t be done. It was an extended stay. They provided not a damn thing. The only thing the offered was a coffee machine down stairs. I stayed 10 night had 5 cups of coffee because the rest of the time the machine only produced hot water. I will not recommend or will I stay there again.

Chapter 1..The Check-in! We got to the slumtel and there are "people" sitting outside drinking and smoking the devils lettuce. We go inside to check in and was informed that the double bed room I booked wasn't available anymore. Instead, they gave us a king bed. I said no, I reserved this room. Staff said we're all booked and this is all we have. We are an extended stay hotel and if the current customer wants to extend their stay, they can. I said why wasn't I informed? She had no answer. She said I can cancel the reservation and refund your money. At that point we had nowhere to go, so I said we would stay 1 night then check-out. After a lot of going back and forth, that's what we did. Initially. Stay tuned for Chapter 2..The Room Chapter 2..The Room! We get all checked in. We to the elevator and the floor is all we. We get off and head to the room. I scan the key card and push the handle, door don't open. I scan the card again, I had to force the door open. Once I got the door open, I knew right then we weren't staying! The stench that spewed out of the room was sickening. A combination of fish and port-a-potty! I got to looking for another hotel. We were on the 2nd floor and the noise from the parking lot was so loud, it was ridiculous! I called and called, everything was booked or out of my price range. I was determined, at that point screw the price range, to find some place. We did. The petite redhead was very sweet and so much deserves better.

The hotel staff was courteous in that they contacted me about 8hrs prior to check in that Expedia overbooked rooms and our room was cancelled. I will not be using Expedia for reservations any longer. Very disappointed.
