I reserved a king bed. There were five available the hotel gave it to someone else and shorted me on my reservation. Then made me pay king pricing and told me I had to sign agreeing with it.. Piss on the floors, was not clean. Girl at the front desk later at night was so rude I almost walked out. Would prefer my Money back at this point I will never use this facility again Girl at the desk next morning was polite but didn’t care to help either

A group of kids had overtaken the lobby in order to play video games on their phones - yelling across the small area to each as they played. Staff seemed immune to the event. Difficult to hear the person checking us in over the noise. No frills facility - at best.

Property has no iron board and hair dryer in room…only available upon request. We had to wait almost 24 hrs before we finally had a hair dryer in our room. The sink and tub were plugged. Informed the from desk, but received no service. One of the bed spread was flirty with blond hairs. Requested beddings to be changed, front desk just ignored our request. Horrible hotel!!!

Noisy! The walls are paper thin. In the lobby we were greeted by the front desk clerk, while a groupbof teenage boys in the lobby were loud and used profane language. After a 6 hr drive to the hotel all I wanted was sleep. The rooms on all sides remained noisy til 10:30. Beds were lovely. The room was clean. The service was good. Overall it was just loud!
