Property looks like an abandoned building in daytime, no elevator for luggage, pool is under construction and doesn’t list that anywhere (traveled with kids so that was upsetting) terrible wifi connection, room tv has apps like Netflix, prime video etc and was told by staff they are just dummy apps and you can not log into them bc they don’t work. On a good side, close to airport, air in room was cold, water in shower very hot, room was spacious just need a carpet upgrade. Wouldn’t recommend nor stay again

Very unorganized but overall clean and comforting

Made a reservation weeks prior to arrival. I got switched around 3 different rooms at check in. At midnight someone keyed into my room unexpectedly. But when I got settled in the room was clean and cozy. Front desk staff just seemed a little unorganized.

Did its job

My flight to DSM arrived very late and I needed a quick overnight stay before my drive the rest of the way to my destination. I was in the room for a total of about 6 hours. Check-in was prompt, the room was clean enough. I used the toilet twice, didn't use the shower and was out of the room at 7:00 the next morning. It did a fine job of keeping a roof over my for the short stay.

Trashiest and most run down AmericInn I've stayed at. I had no water pressure in the sink faucet and the shower head didn't work either. I asked for some attention shortly after checking in on Saturday night and again on Sunday morning. Never got any answer, repair work or an offer to move to another room.

Our room had mold in the shower, the overflow wasn’t attached. There was a janky piece of wood in the windowsill used as a lock/jam. Our sheets were dirty when we pulled the bedding back. Room service was gone for the day and we were given sheets to change them ourselves. Not a big deal. However, there was no option to switch rooms, no compensation and the manager won’t get back to me. -10/10

Pleasant stay, great location, reasonable prices, and excellent service. Had a good night's sleep as it was quiet in the hotel and outside. The only drawback was the pool was closed during remodel.
