When checking in we were first given a room that had people in it. Then we were given a room that had not been cleaned and finally we were given a room that had no towels. The property is dirty. The rooms are old. Staff are almost impossible to find.

They dont answer the phone, even though the instructions say if you are arriving late call the property. Front desk clerk was really struggling to get me checked in, only provided 1 room key. In the room 2 of 3 kleenex dispensers were empty, floor wasnt vacuumed very well or at all, toilet had been used and not cleaned, used bar of soap left in the shower, 2 pills left on nightstand. Only 1 bath towel and no washcloths, when asking at front desk for washcloths and kleenex employee wasnt sure what washcloths were and said he didnt know were kleenex was. There was an egg on the floor in lobby. Even told them never picked ot up. Check out asked for receipt (same employee) said he didnt know how to print one.

Terrible stay. I waited no less than 20 minutes to check in (granted, there were 2 people in front of me, but the wait was not acknowledged in any way), it is attached to a Super 8, there were no towels in the room at all, a hair on the linens, trash on the floor that would have been seen if it had been vacuumed. Not a bargain, just a disaster.

Found a used washcloth that was left behind, with pubic hair on it and more pubic hair in the corner of the bathroom. Trash was not taken out either they just put a new bag over the trash in one of the waste bins.

This is the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There’s food and wrappers all over the floor, someone’s earrings in multiple drawers and on the floor, a razor cover, a cigarette butt on the floor, I could go on and on. It’s so gross.

Property is very run down. Front desk staff were rude upon check in due to misunderstanding them telling us our room was around back in another building. Broken soap dispenser in shower, chairs, benches in room were dirty. Crack in door as if it was attempted to be broken into. Hallways were dirty, marks all over the walls. Police presence to due yelling and fighting from guests. Didn't have a safe feeling environment. Would not recommend, especially for the price.
