Room was clean, although the smell of the cleaner was very strong. Bed was fairly comfortable. Very good breakfast. For the price, it was a good overnight stay on a longer road trip.

While I understand pictures are not going to match every hotel to an exact match, this room wasn’t even close to the photo’s. Damaged furniture, tv was extremely old and quiet, we could barely hear it. Highway makes the location extremely loud, had I known this we would have booked somewhere else. We also showed up 30 minutes after check in and had to wait before our room was even ready. Only 1 person at the front desk and he was on the phone for about 10 minutes before he was able to help us. Overall not a great visit.

Its an okay hotel but we have stayed at much better Best Western Pluses. The pool and hottub are lights out and you must ask front desk to turn on the hot tub. The breakfast is the same everyday with the exception of the meat choice. Just an ok room nothing to brag about.

Outdated, needs renovation No cleaning of the room for the whole stay (3 nights, was not advised of it). Vacuuming had not been done recently in hallways. My room was very dark with little natural light, natural light was also blocked by the curtains that did not fully open. All fire-blocking doors were open, all floors, everywhere, all days of my stay, despite signs advising to keep them closed.

Arvind was the gentleman that check us in and was super nice. He was right on top of all the people that was comming in, he took care of any problems we may have had and he works his tail off. The hotel was super clean, the breakfast was great and we had such a good time. Definitely will be back.

I was here from Thursday checking out on Sunday The stay was great and staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. The only thing I didn't car for was the bath towells. They were scratchy and needed to be replaced. Other than that, great stay! 🙂
