Everything was wonderful except the remote does not turn the TV off andcwe couldn't find th3 button on the TV so we had to leave it on all night which was mildly annoying. Other than that, it was fine.

Only complaint is we booked and paid for a king room with sofa and I especially requested a ground floor as I cannot do stairs. They didn’t have any ground floor when we arrived there so they put us in a King bed room with no sofa. 🙁
