Not again don’t take kids!

We had holes in box spring, bathroom vent falling off, scared for my toddler seeing as head board almost fell on him and they blamed a 21 month old child, mirror fell off wall and almost landed on my son, had to ask for more towels and when so was told to take down my own dirty towels for fresh, they did not gather trash, I was not impressed at all very rude staff unclean environment

I thought the rooms have not been taken care of good enough. The walls need to be painted scratch and dents. Few places bathroom floor look like it had dirt. Food was good bad was good.

There was definitely room for improvement. The room was extremely humid making the bedding damp. The bedding itself was ripped and what appeared to be melted around the edges of the mattress cover? The mattress was worn down and uncomfortable and the pillows needed to be replaced. It didn't appear the carpet had been vacuumed in some time. It was also difficult to find anyone when we needed to ask for a towel and the TV remote didn't work. On the upside, it was a relatively quiet stay and no one bothered us during our brief stay.

Location was great for our weekend activities in Newton. Room was better than expected... comfortable beds, clean and functional bathroom fixtures, AC and refrigerator were ice cold. Free breakfast was a bonus. Will stay here again.

The hotel was clean. It looks like some renovation had been made and others still either in progress or needed to be made. The staff was very friendly. Mattresses in the 2 rooms we had weren't great. Breakfast had eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy. You could make waffles or toast. There were a few cold cereal options.

Room was clean and quiet. Wished we would have had a few more towels and thicker, but we did just fine. I would definitely stay there again. I was disappointed that the clerk couldn't give me an update on my points. Just said, check your computer
