Staff and value great. Request they change the pillows to give choice of thin, medium or fluffy/firm. The designers have decide all pillows ahould super big, fluffy and big. I suppose to look good & luxurious on the bed. However, the big pillows do NOT give the opportunity fir a good night's sleep because your neck is so crooked!

The hotel beds & pillows were the MOST COMFORTABLE we've ever experienced in a hotel! The room was very clean & spacious. Breakfast was great with a combination of hot & cold choices. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Nice size indoor pool and large (12 person) hot tub was a delight.

It was fine. Unfortunately a youth group took up the entire hotel the night we decided to book something quiet and they were all over the halls and in the pool and hot tub until midnight. Just kinda your average roadside hotel. The breakfast seemed really good and we thought it was cool that the pool was open late. Pool towels were pretty tiny.

I think the breakfast option should include eggs. I am not much into Southen Breakfasts and biscuits and gravy is not a great option. Was surprised the oatmeal was not hot at 8am. Didnt think this was late and there was no microwave to heat it. Had to take it to the room to heat it up
