It took forever to check in. They kept saying there system was down but then couldn’t figure out which rooms were and were not available even though they had keys for rooms that were available. It was also very suspicious that they were writing down my ID information and then charged my card 4times for the $25 dog fee for 1 night. They even still keep calling me about needing to charge my card again which when you try to tell the manager that it’s already been charged 4 times he doesn’t listen or seem to understand. This is the 2nd time I have had issues with staff at this hotel. I would not recommend to stay there to anyone.

The ceiling in the bathroom had large breaks where you could see into the exhaust fan. The sink and vanity was a tiny space. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The hallways were lined with strips of carpet as the baseboard. The breakfast consisted of slices of bread you could toast, granola bars, and frozen waffles.

The already clean room upon arrival was not ready. The clean room i received was not much better. Sheets were dirty. "Gym" is a joke. The breakfast was terrible. I didn't expect much but .... i also don't think they have tv service because i couldn't change the channel.

We have had stayed here so many times and never had an issue until this last time. We bought our dog stated we never paid for him when we were checked in had told them several times about the dog. Then at 930am they were pounding on the door yelling and were very rude about it all. They were discriminating because of my partner and I being women wouldn’t let me speak or talk to explain. Then to get clean towels we have to bring them the dirty ones first before getting new clean towels which is unheard of. Will not be staying there again and don’t recommend
