Our door did not shut easily and the door was unlocked and able to access without a keycard upon arriving at the hotel. The fridge was moldy.

For the value it’s a good bargain. Would have liked more than 2 towels and would have been nice if there were some real breakfast items instead of store bought cold items or high sugar processed foods.

The room was not clean, the door to the shower did not latch, and the breakfast only provided so many yogurts, I was too late to get any and I asked.

Pleasant staff, found another persons clothes full in dresser and hair ties on bathroom floor. So did not make us feel comfortable that the room was cleaned well. Frozen eggo waffles for breakfast.

nothing unique about the property, however we thoughtr we had made our reservation at the comfort in. also asked for a king size bed and got a queen, no iron, and small coffee cups. breakfast was what looked like waffles were bought at another store and repackaged in quart size baggies. we would more than likely not stay there again, especially for the amount that we paid.

Stay some place else!!!!

This stay was horrible, got to my room and the door was open. I stay for a single night, upon leaving I untuck covers from the side I didn’t sleep on only to discover what looks like a blood stain on the duvet. One of the towels was dirty or possible stained. I mentioned it to check out and he said we will look into it.

I was good. I just needed a location in Des Moines/ Ankeny from which to run a couple of errands. It served the purpose. A clean room, a good bed, wifi and pet friendly is all I require.

House keeping never refilled the coffee in the room . The bed sheets had old blood stains on them. There was blood stains on the window covering and on the floor .
