Extremely noisy and inaccurate descriptions

The hotel was noisy got woken up couple times at night. The front desk staff were evidently unhappy to be there. Even a hello was too hard for them. I said good morning couple times and they didn’t respond. The only happy person was the housekeeping lady. The description and the conditions of the rooms do not match.
