The staff was always very helpful. The room was clean and the facility was very convenient. It was easy to get to from the downtown area which is where we were spending most of our time. Except the first night, however, when there was a long detour off of the MLK Jr. Pkwy! But that was not the fault of the facility!

It’s set in amongst the other hotel airport options but away from main road Seened like basic small hotel but walked into a really nice clean room and bathroom I was tired and just wanted rest this place was just right

Our Stay Checked all the Boxes

We were very pleased with our room, the staff, the breakfast and the other patrons! Price was right, too. Spending the night here before opening day of The Fair allowed us to arrive significantly earlier than we otherwise would, and we were well-rested, to boot. Big win!

After l called to cancel the reservation because of flight cancelations, l was assured by the desk associate that all was well and noted. When the manager of this hotel was contacted by Expedia to confirm my cancelation, Mr Paulouk lied and said l had not canceled. I have the phone records to prove my calls, plus the refunds for the room . When l contacted Mr. Paulouk personally, he called me a liar and refused to right his wrong. I am out $ $265.00 in reward cash because of his dishonesty. I am very disappointed in the unprofessional and disrespectful disregard this person/management /establishment has demonstrated.

This property was well-maintained and immaculate. The rooms were spotless and the service was excellent. The only issue I encountered was a musty odor in the hallways that gave the building an “old” smell. Overall, however, my stay was excellent and I would gladly return if I’m in the area again.
