They gave us our key to our room and when we went to open the door there were already people in that room and we walked in on them, luckily they were nice about it. They switched our room but then we had someone using their key to try and get into our room a couple days later which thankfully ours was bolted. It’s just unsettling being two young girls with the idea that someone could have just walked in while we were sleeping.

We chose this hotel because we had an early flight and they offer a shuttle and affordable parking. Staff was fantastic, very friendly. They had some of the breakfast items out early for us and coffee ready. The beds are comfortable. The only downside was our air conditioner wasn’t keeping up, our room was humid and hot. It was storming and super warm outside.

Nice location close to the airport, the rooms were clean. Perkins Family Dining was close and good. There was also a HiVee grocery store very close. There is no hot tub but swimming pool was clean. Breakfast was a free break and was okay

Slept well and comfortable. A/C had to stay on because it was very hot and humid outside and I don't recall the A/C unit being noisy or loud at all, and did not smell moldy in the least like some places do. Room was very spacious and comfortable, love having a fridge and microwave. The breakfast had some good offerings, just not some things that I would eat but I found enough there for sure.

Loved the bed and pillows, and convenient parking. I did not like the noise. I had very noisy guests as neighbors. I could hear everything in the hallway, nextdoor rooms and rooms above, etc....and people were up all hours of the night. I could actually hear the neighboring guest take a leak in the toilet. (Thin walls and big crack at bottom of exit door, plus ceiling contibute to the noise.) Did not sleep much here...
