THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME VISITING YOUR BEAUTIFUL HOTEL,,WE CAME UP TO DE MOINES FOR THE DARCI LYNN CONCENRNT THAT WAS RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE HOTEL( how convenient was that?didnt have to worry about parking at all!!the staff was excellent especially Terril who helped us with check inn yesterday after noon. our breath was taken away about how exceptionally clean our room was (335) we felt right at home,the young lady working the front desk Alba was very helpful on suggesting local eateries within walking distance so we did not have to drive, and when we got back from the concenrt Alba took the time to help upload pictures i had taken of the hotel and pict of the concernt,the bed was nice and cozy it felt like we were sleeping on air!!!the gentleman this morning i believe his name was Michael chatted with us like we were old friends and thanked us for visiting and told us to have a safe trip back, the breakast was hot and had a great variety of items avaiable,,,the only drwback was that i forgot our suits so we unfoutratntley coukd not use the hot tub .its just me and my hubby and he never wants to get away but he chose this hotel all by himself and the venue and even if it was just obe night we are so glad that it was at your hotel!!we will defetinley be back soon i hope, thanks for being such a great hotel which was ewasonably priced and staff who REALLY CARED about the well being of thier guest!!! suberb suberb!! vVERY PROUD patrons!!!! The element is in a pretty good location if you want to do some shopping at the mall nearby or if you need to run to Walmart or Target quick it’s all in a central location. Plenty of options to choose from for eats around this location. Pretty easy to get to from the interstate. They have a small indoor pool that was family friendly. The hot tub was outside next to the pool area in case you are wondering. The king bed suite we booked was decent and clean. The breakfast was great, the food was fresh, the kitchen staff were very friendly and professional, and plenty of sitting in the eating area or in the nice lounge area. My family and I would definitely stay here again.
