Bed was comfortable but pillows were flat. Room was clean. Decent breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. My only real complaint is that I paid $11 for parking when booking through Expedia and they charged me another $20 for parking when I checked in.

Was swinging through town with family. I love the location. First time in Des Moines, and I was impressed enough to make Des Moines a future destination and will definitely plan on staying at the Fairfield!
