Pros: Room was clean. Quiet. Typical continental breakfast (biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, toast, juice) Cons: the hot tub was not hot more like lukewarm and the jets didn't work. The bathtub in our room already had a big dent/scratch and was rusting even though this hotel is really new.

Only thing keeping this from being the perfect hotel was the extremely slow elevator (waited over five minutes one time before choosing to carry our luggage down four flights of stairs).

This seems like a very new property and it shows - super clean, fresh rooms and lobby. It even smelled clean and fresh. Beds were so comfy. Staff was very nice! The 2 queen room was sleek and clean and lots of room. My only issue is that it was a bit LOUD. Not sure if it's the hardwood floors, but we could hear the people above our room loudly walking around super early in the am. Woke us up!!

This hotel is only two months old and that ROCKED! Everything was so fresh and clean. The beds were comfortable. The service was awesome! The front desk people were pleasant and conversational. They took great care of us!

GREAT Place to stay - nice and quiet and clean!!
Loved staying here. We go to the Johnston Iowa area almost every month and So excited to see this hotel open. Great location. Would have loved to see maybe fruit bars or fruit options for breakfast. I may have missed it thought. Parking was Great the front desk crew was Amazing and so Friendly and Helpful!! Would have loved to have a little more water pressure in the shower but Loved it All and will definitely be staying again next time we go for Thanksgiving and Christmas!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Des Moines! The property is definitely brand new and spotless, which made for a really pleasant experience. The breakfast was quite good, offering a nice variety to start the day off right. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect during my visit. I truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. I will absolutely plan on returning here on my next visit to the area!
