We had an amazing stay and would absolutely stay again. The beds were comfortable and the facilities clean. The only problem we had was ongoing maintenance with the parking garage leaving the garage to hotel elevator inoperable, which made it difficult to carry a toddler and her gear up to our car for our outing for the day.

This is a beautiful hotel that is woefully mismanaged. Our room was cleaned only once during our stay. Even after repeatedly asking the staff to clean the room, it wasn’t cleaned until we waited in the lobby near the front desk until we received confirmation that it was done. Relatedly, the iron board in our room was broken and it took several days for the staff to respond to our needs. The hotel itself was beautiful, but it is unclear to me who is running the joint.
