Parked in a ramp a few blocks away and then couldn’t access hotel through the skywalk (door was locked) so we had to back track in the skywalk to find a way to get down to the street. Couch in our room was very worn and stained, but the rest of the room was fine.

First time customer.
The room was a outdated. Paint had chipped off a wall. The service at the front desk was excellent. However, the night clerk seemed to be the only one working. She had to be away from the front desk, helping a customer. By the time she got back, there were three of us waiting- this was not her fault and she was very courteous. The breakfast was good and impressive, but the hot food was luke warm. Thought $30 to pay for parking across the street for one night was a bit excessive.

The bed was super comfortable! The water temperature in the shower was awful though. Breakfast was meh. Also did not have an ice bucket or anything in our room. Would have been nice if we also had a usb port somewhere in the room. Facility is definitely dated.

It was a good experience. We got our room quick and was cleaned the following day. Although, we noticed there was only one working elevator. We had a good option for breakfast and the hotel was accessible to parking garages and other points of interest

Good location, terrible housekeeping service
During my recent stay. I had a disappointing experience with the housekeeping service. Despite requesting room cleaning three times from different staff members, my room was never cleaned. Each time I asked, I was assured that someone would come to clean, but it never happened. To make matters worse, we even ran out of toilet paper and had to request it ourselves. This lack of attention to cleanliness and service is unacceptable and significantly impacted my stay. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better service for future guests.
