I liked that the whole parking lot has camera coverage. There was also a camera just outside my door which added to overall security.

My only conplaint was that when reserving online of Hotels.com I chose reserve now; pay later as I wanted to pay with cash when I got to the hotel, but instead I still had to use my bank card to pay for the room. I feel like you should have a choice as you put your bank card information down to reserve the room to be held so then why couldnt they just use that for any extra charges there might be so that I could pay with cash. I like to use cash as much as possible when on vacation so it doesnt throw up a red flag at the bank. Overall customer service and room was very clean. The pool could of been a tad warmer and the hot tub be working(not going to lie, was part of the reason why I chose this Hotel also). Plus the benefit of the free shuttle to the Airport so we wouldnt have to worry about parking there. Nice place to stay 🙂

After I paid for the room with all the money that I had then and only then did they tell me I had to come up with another $100 and when I couldn't do that they kept my money I rented the room with and refuse to give it back to me I don't recommend you to stay there ever I don't recommend you to recommend anybody to stay there

Thera was a power grid problem in the area so electricity was off/on for about an hour. After electricity was restored our a/c was not working. Someone immediately came by to work on it. After all electricity was working I asked for some one to reattach the a/c cover. No one showed up to reattach it the 2 days we were there. Outlet on light beside the bed did not work. Hair dryer did not work. After returning from a long day, 90° that weekend, no one had entered our room to empty trash or replace towels. The front desk said they do not service rooms for multiple day stay. To get fresh towels I had to bring all our used towels to the front desk, then they would give me fresh towels. This was my third stay, different cities, at a Quality Inn, nit a good chian to stay at all 3 times.
