Breakfast had not even been set up at 6:40 when it was supposed to be available at 6:30. My medication needed to be taken with food and since this has NEVER been a previous issue, I was not prepared for nothing present.

Party was happening in the room next door from 3-5 a.m. Front desk employee admitted to only calling the offending room twice when we complained 4 times. Left the hotel at 5 rather than try to get any sleep. Woke my child up as well.

Great service, good hotel
It's a great stay while on a budget, if you're expecting a 5 star stay at a place thats like 40 bucks a night then you're the problem not the spot. They did great for their price, service was great, very nice staff, room had some dust but was clean, breakfast wasnt anything great but it gets the job done. We had an issue with our fridge and they just instantly no questions asked gave us another room that was close by. Definetly will go again.

When I stayed here before, I had a wonderful stay. This was definitely not the same experience. I was awakened several times during the night by the traffic on the interstate. Also a hand rail (safety) in the bath tub would be very helpful. This was the first time I almost lost my balance. The tub area was also dated.

Housekeeping forgot to clean part of our room. We notified housekeeping in the hallway, they then immediately came in and cleaned it. Staff was very professional and accommodating. Pillows and bed very soft and comfortable. Very impressed for the price!
