Needed something reasonable and close to an event. The staff was helpful and courteous. They run a nice facility in an area that is more rural. Great job.

Room was very clean. Front desk never had anyone present. Always had to call someone. Front desk worker seemed to be sleeping in the lobby area when we arrived. The continental breakfast was horrible. Some food was outdated and fruit old and getting dried up or rotten. Had to ask for coffee to be made for breakfast. The bathtub shower barely drained. It is in a quiet location adjacent to a golf course with lovely views. Just needs some staff education/inservicing.

A discount simple stay. Very clean. As an elderly person that has difficulty with stairs I was told at check in that they could not give me a first floor room. The room we got was the farthest from front door. No elevator, parking is not close to the door due to landscaping. Found it very difficult to load and unloading. Breakfast is packaged Hoe Hoes, Breakfast is very limited. The place gives you the creeps as security cameras all over with signs of video and audio monitoring taking place. Not sure if room was being monitored or not but we were cautious. Towels were limited, two per room and very thin. Refrigerator made noise and kept us awake at night. Neighbor room had tv going all night, very loud but no staff is available.

This was our 3rd and most likely final stay at the Qube. It was loud but more importantly how we were treated but the staff was horrible. We lad always booked because of the size and location and had some friends come in where we ordered pizza and shared with the staff. The day we checked out we ask for 1 additional hoir and we cleaned our room . I was then scolded but the staff for cleaning my room and putting pizza boxes in the empty trash cans. I was also charged $25 doe an hour over. I feed your staff and clean my room to be scolded and then charged, not staying there again unless I want to pay extra and get scolded

Nice place, great price!

Overall we were happy here, but a little disappointed that the AC hadnt been turned on prior to us coming. It had been 90+ degrees that day and our room was a sauna and took forever to cool down. Falling asleep was a bit tough, but only because of temperature. The bed was comfy.
