I was checked into a dirty 2 room suite, there was a strangers hat left on the floor plus blood on the bathroom floor and wall. When i complained i was told i would have to downgrade my room, which was not an option. Long story short it was a5 day long ordeal to get 1/2 my stay refunded, through points because they wouldn't just refund my money. The hotel assistant manager and general manner were very rude and didn't deal with the issue to my satisfaction. I would bypass this hotel everytime.

Great place. Only issue was the bathroom door didn’t close, and one of the lampshades fell off in the middle of the night and scared us a little bit. Other than that, no issues. Was clean and quiet!
