It was ok. Since effort to modernize, but it's clear everything has been highly used. The rings are nice, but shared spaces are underwhelming (expect the lobby). The pool are was disappointing. The water was murky and the spa button didn't with correctly.

I wouldn’t recommend this property. It had a strong cigarette smell, found a black bug in the bathroom, the bathroom curtain smelled, the elevator was making noises like it wasn’t going to make it to the floor… overall, horrible experience.

Several fast food options and Jordan creek is right down the street with several other food options. The bed was very comfortable and so many pillows. Definitely will stay here again.

Rude Staff Needs Update

Booked through Hotels.com - not given the room type we specifically booked and paid for a month earlier. Told by staff it’s not their problem and if anyone gets cancelled or given something else, it’s people who book through 3rd party. Super rude staff. Also this hotel is probably the worst Springhill we have ever stayed at. Needs update! Not very nice at all for the price. Would never stay here again!

The shower was dirty with prior guest hair on the shower wall. One of the hand towels had blood on it and it was hung in my room as a clean towel and almost dried my face off with it. It was by far the most unsanitary hotel I have ever stayed at.

The desk attendant was super friendly. We checked in at 10:45pm. I knew when we pulled up the hotel wasn’t going to be up to my standard. The property looked overrun and the landscaping needed serious help. The hallway carpets were dirty and hallway and lobby outdated. We had a kind room with sleeper sofa. The king bed was terrible. One side felt and sounded like sleeping on cardboard boxes. The carpet baseboards were falling off in the room. The tray on the ottoman was stained and looked dirty. The sheets for the double pullout bed were twin sized and not full. I couldn’t find the desk attendant to get it switched. And it was so late after a long drive we just wanted to sleep. It was too much to move a family of 5. The breakfast was disappointing in quality and what they offered. I had just stayed at the same chain in Bloomington Indiana and it was fantastic. This location was not. I would not stay again!

Poorly kept pool area. Whirlpool needs updates or cleaning. Only one elevator for 4 floors. Door handle to bathroom broken. Limited...very limited seating in dining room. No room to sit or even comfortable wait your turn.Water in coolers not refilled.Frontdesk lady was rude. Not a $200 night experience. Will not book a Springhill hotel again.
