Floor was wet and room had horrible smell. Had dehumidifier that was so loud you couldn't watch tv. Had to empty humidifier myself every 6 hours and it still didnt help the smell. Housekeeping only came in the room one time to take the dehumidifier while we were gone. Did leave towels the one time they came in the room but that was the only time. We were there for 6 nights. The floors of the whole hotel were filthy curtains had holes in them and the garbage was over flowing.

Good for a one night stay

It was only a one night stay. But the carpet left your feet dirty, ceiling light was broke. Chair to desk had stuff all over it. Smoke alarm was going off terrible- Had to have them fix that. For a one night stay, not bad- the pool was cold also.

Needed help with two remotes for the TV. Chaning the channel somehow switched the source input. Everything fabric had a slightly damp feel to it. Carpet, drapes bedding. Night auditor said it just felt cold. It was humid that day.

Walking into the building and going through check in was a fairly good experience. It was pretty quick and easy, staff seemed to be okay in assisting us through check in. The lobby seemed to overall look clean. Once walking into our room, everything seemed to look clean at first glance but upon further looking, it was extremely dirty. I checked the bed and the sheets were very dirty looking. I picked up the mattress to look underneath and there was a meth pipe. We quickly went back to the lobby to report it to the front desk. We requested to be put in a new room and staff was able to do that for us. They came up and removed the pipe. It overall was a crazy experience but they did make it right with us, so we appreciate the staff for doing that. We just will not be staying there again.

Dirty bathroom

Upon entering the room I noticed the floor was dirty, obviously not swept or mopped. I went into the bathroom and someone had used the toilet but it wasn't flushed. This tells me that it more than likely wasn't cleaned either. The carpet felt damp. I had ordered two rooms for my family and the other room wasn't much better. Check out was at 11:00 but housekeeping knocked on the door and announce themselves as housekeeping but it wasn't even close to checkout time. Definitely won't be staying there ever again. It was listed as a four-star hotel but wasn't even close.

Air conditioner barley worked. Had mice running around. Pool to crowded people in pool area were being un-safe . Parent's not doing anything about it.
