False EV charging

EV chargers are not managed by the hotel :(. Two Teslas -non guest were plugged in then two non-EV vehicles parked in the designated charging stalls.

Great Stay & Budget Friendly!

We only had the breakfast buffet one morning prior to heading out to the Iowa State Fair, but it was a great variety and delicious! Room was very spacious and beds comfortable. Price was great & we will definitely be booking here again!

I understand that the rooms were designed to have a minimalist feel, however, since I was there for 5 nights it would have been helpful to have a dresser for my clothes!

The room was so small couldn't even find a place to fully open a hard sided suitcase.... one elevator was out and pancake maker at breakfast was down.... when booking i saw the hotel was fairly new and thought it would be very nice.... it was clean and location awesome but can't get over the room size.

Good for a quick stay

Was good. Good breakfast. Room was small. No closet to hang clothes, but to hung to be seen. No drawers to store clothes. Good for one night stay I guess. No microwave either.

We had booked 3 rooms & paid for them a week ago & we arrived to check in & they said they overbooked & we had no rooms. They booked us a lesser hotel 15 min away that changed our whole weekend plans & left us with no compensation or explanations.

Our room didn’t have electricity on one entire wall. We told the front desk clerk and she said she would take care of it while we were out for the evening. It wasn’t taken care of and when I went up to talk to the night shift clerk, she disappeared into a room and closed the door. I waited for 5 minutes and she never returned.
