The Imperial was a great place to stay for our week long visit! From check in, to the morning breakfast staff and everyone else we encountered, they were all polite, helpful and very accommodating! The breakfast buffet was so nice every morning, a great way to start the day! I hope to return to the area and stay at the Imperial again!

A beautiful resort, with both, an amazing pool adjoining a beautiful seaside. Plenty of lounge area everywhere. Staff was ridiculously attentive and concerned about your stay. If I have to put anything adverse comments, its minor..... the gym is small, but theres one inside and outside (but only idiots like me work out on vacation); room safe had no instructions (but they came and programmed it for me); shower didn't have a shelf for amenities (but they came and installed it immediately)... did I mention the staff was attentive? lol. So there's really nothing at all to complain about. Perfect place to stay and have an amazing time in Cassandra. The city center is a mere 5 minute walk away. I will stay there again, no doubt.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Porto Carras Meliton in Sithonia. Overall, our experience was very good. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beach is excellent—beautiful, well-maintained, and one of the best parts of the resort. The hotel itself is very large, with plenty of space to explore, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. There were a couple of downsides. The main pool uses salt water, which our kids didn’t enjoy, so we ended up spending most of our time at the beach instead. Also, it was often difficult to find available sunbeds. Despite these minor issues, we had a great vacation and would recommend Porto Carras Meliton to anyone looking for a relaxing beach holiday in Sithonia.

was dissatisfied with my at Kelyfors Hotel stay for the following reasons: Guests are required to dispose of their toilet paper waste in a trash can & not flush it down the toilet. This is uncommon and should disqualify this hotel from its 4-Star standard category. This toilet requirement should be transparent and guests should be aware in advance at time of booking and not informed at check-in. This leaves the guests no recourse to cancel booking if unsatisfied with this unsanitary practice. The manager exhibits unprofessional behavior by setting up his office and taking phone calls in the common area spaces designed for guests (lobby, sofa area, outdoor lounge spaces, etc.) which no longer becomes areas for guests but becomes his space. He is an imposing person who is constantly overlooking and directing guests and employees. His constant presence in the common areas prevents guests from enjoying these spaces (he tells guests where they should sit; coincidentally away from where he is sitting in the common area); he is intimidating and his constant presence diminishes the benefits of guests enjoying the ambiance (sofa by fireplace, outdoor lounge areas, etc.). It puts guests in an uncomfortable situation. Breakfast is served too late and only for a short period of time (8:30-10:30). Most 4-Star standard hotels begin offering breakfast at an earlier time and the normal window time is 3 hours (not 2 hours) Terrible WiFi for a 4-Star standard hotel. WiFi only works in the comm

The property is in excellent condition, an old refurbished house. The town is very tiny with only one open restaurant at 50 mt walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was good, fresh fruit basket, fresh bread butter, and jam, boiled eggs and feta. Also espresso and cappuccino was good.

Excellent staff and a wonderful hotel overall. The team was always friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made the stay very enjoyable. The hotel itself is comfortable and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The only area that could use improvement is room cleanliness. During my stay on the ground floor, there were ants in the room despite the door always being kept closed. In addition, the bed linen was not changed throughout the entire week, which was disappointing. Aside from these issues, everything else was excellent, and I had a very pleasant experience overall. I would gladly stay here again if these housekeeping concerns were addressed.

The property was nice. The rooms and the pool were excellent. The gym could use some work and the lawn maintenance around our private pool could use some attention. Otherwise we had a great time!
