This property was loud at night, you could hear everything going on on the roads. The furniture was old and outdated whicker. Got woken up by the sound of landscapers at 7am and the kitchen was super outdated and small. I tried calling to extend my stay (before I saw the property) and never got ahold of anyone and they never responded to my email. I ended up booking another location for the duration of my vacation and upon seeing and staying one night was happy I booked another location.

This property upon entering at early check-in after being text saying that the property was just cleaned was filthy dusty hairballs everywhere sheets stained blankets stained have contacted the rental property. I keep getting told that they’re waiting on an answer and it’s been days and still no answer. I would never again book.

Great place, but missing some basic needs

The listing said it came with a washer and dryer. The apartment had hookups for them, but they did not exists. Also, there was a coffee maker , but no coffee or filters. There was no salt or pepper or oil for cooking. These basics are the point of having a kitchen versus just a typical hotel room. There was soap and conditioner, but no shampoo. They provided towels and some chairs for the beach. Also, the outside deck had some damage to it from heavy winds, but maintenance took care of it with no problem. The location is fantastic and there were pools nearby with hot tub.

The blinds were broken on the sliding glass door so privacy was an issue at night walking around with lights on. This location you will need to rent a car as not much is within walking distance.

I was disappointed that they could nothing about changing my condo. I was told I needed to do it 2 weeks prior to check in. I found out my unit 2 days before I arrived. With it being super slow this time of year and the place basically empty, I found it an inconvenience to the booking agent to help me figure it out. Oh well. Place was clean and staff were friendly.

It was a cute little condo. Clean for the most part. Walking in your socks on the bare floor you could tell the floors were dirty. You could tell The silver wear drawer was rigged in and fell out every time you opened it. The lamp shade in the small bedroom would not stay in place. Besides those few things that could be fixed inexpensively it was a beautiful location.

check in was difficult-lot of confusion on the management co's 800 line on how to get in-took four codes from 3 different staff people to get in and the we had to call again on the 2nd day as we were locked out again

No shower

The place was nice for the most part. The shower did not work. There was no knob to turn it on. The stopper in the tub did not work so we had to use a bowl to plug it for a bath. On oneof the sinks only one knob worked. The remotes only worked to change tv chanels, so to turn on and off and change volume we had to go to the tv. Door code didnt work at check in. Took 3 people 3 different calls to get in. The almost deal breaker was no working shower. They had very good point's as well. It was clean and a nice looking property. The direct beach acess was amazing as was having chairs and umbrella for us. We would probably go back because of that.

Requested ocean-front was given canal view. Condo was in need of updates, everything was painted over as opposed to replaced. Tv had a red line that went from top to bottom of screen. Ice maker hadn’t worked for awhile but still wasn’t repaired. Offered nothing extra like trash bags, tissues, a broom, toilet paper. Stated short walk to beach-short if you’re a teenager. Beautiful private beach but better places to stay.

Excellent location! Very convenient to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Very nice well stocked condo with all amenities that we needed. The only negatives were the extremely dirty carpet in the bedrooms and the lack of pressure in the master shower. Everywhere else was clean and well kept, but the carpet was filthy and the master shower was a trickle of water (head needs replaced). We picked up cheap slippers at the dollar tree to wear inside and used the second shower which was fine. Would definitely stay here again.

The area is great. Property is nice, quit, no nosy people staying there. I didn't hear any of my neighbors at all. The cleaning crew wasn’t waking u up like in hotels. Walking distance to the beach. Very easy to get everywhere. My only complaint is the busted drawer in the kitchen. Almost broke a finger cause it collapsed on me when i opened It. And also some issue with not being very clean which the property manager offered to fix as soon as he heard about it. I def would recommend staying there; they just need to fix a few things
