Very nice hotel and location

The hotel is new, very clean, very nice. There were a few small interruptions (ex. power going out in half of our room) that were a little hard to explain.

Experienced three different reception staff between check-in and check-out and ALL 3 were the friendliest we've ever dealt with! Slightly disappointed the TV does not swivel and the rainfall shower head is kind of annoying but not the end of the world.

Great stay!

Staff was very friendly and room was nice and clean! We were attending a concert at Little Caesars and the hotel is an 8 minute walk to the venue. So convenient, will definitely stay again!

For anything downtown near Caesar's Arena, this will be my future hotel choice. Staff was friendly, easily walked, well lit and signed distance to the venue. There is also a tram that stops on Woodward ave, right in front of the hotel, and runs every 15 minutes to attractions along Woodward Avenue, downtown. Clean room, friendly staff, parking structure adjacent.
