The hotel overall was nice, check in was great, but at checkout the staff wasn’t friendly. We were on the ground floor and there was an issue with ants in the bathroom and if a crumb was dropped they were on it.

I asked for extra blanket and they said they ran out of blanket. They have no extra pillow or blanket in the room. Also no coffee machine in the room. The room design is nice but not convinient as no closet space. The breakfast was very poor.

The room was dirty. Hair in my bed. Red smear on the ceilings. Damaged ceiling in shower. Tv did not function properly. Loud noise all night that made it hard to sleep. Staff did not resolve any of our issues

The room was clean and VERY eco-friendly. Evidently there is a sensor that tells the air conditioner when you are not in the room and it turns off, so everytime you get back to your room it is extremely HOT and takes a very long time to cool the room down. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. There is an iron and ironing board, big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotio, plus a hair dryer. I stayed in a handicapped accessible room with my mom which made it very easy for her to shower and maneuver around.

We drove 3 hours to get here & needed to use the restroom. When my wife went in the one on the main floor it was flooded. It looks like the men's was flooded too as the floor was all sticky & wet in spots when I went in. The room didn't have a coffee pot so my wife was not a happy camper. We didn't like that the bathroom light automatically came on when you went in during the night when there was a nightlight.

Lovely stay

Rooms clean and simplistic, comfortable bed and cool temp. No coffee maker in rooms but 24 hour fresh ground per cup in the lobby. They had a small breakfast area which included a couple hot items, toast, cereal, fruit and beverages. I did see a fitness area but did not look past the doorway. Very friendly staff. I was there for 1 night and didn't have any needs but I am confident they would do their very best to accommodate. Please keep in mind this is a no frills hotel which is what we needed.
