For a strict non smoking hotel, it reeked of smoke. Toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. Room was clean though and breakfast was great. I can see they are updating things.

This property was disgusting from the lobby to the room. Staff was disrespectful/rude. All of the employees and their families live there at the hotel and are given leniency on hotel RULES AND REGULATIONS

The property does not look like the pictures on the website. It was dirty in the lobby and extremely dirty in the room. There was a lot of traffic that looked unsafe. All staff that I seen looked like they were on drugs and so did some of the customers. I did not stay there and am requesting a refund.

The beds were amazing. The rest, not so much the walkways were filthy, the employees were rude. There were some sketchy people walking through and getting ice from the machine. Filling huge coolers. There was a man standing by the pool area asking for money. Then he stood there just watching us, until I felt uncomfortable and went inside. Also, it isn't listed on the site, but when you book there is a fee. Undetermined how much I heard one say $50 and I heard the other say $100. Mine was $50 The pool was decent. But couldn't enjoy it,due to the pan handler.

Sleep in your car instead.... seriously!
I stay in moderately priced hotels around the world. No frills needed, just a decently clean room. This "hotel" is the worst i have checked in to (checked in, but then left immediately without staying) in at least twenty years. Dirty sheets, bugs flying all over, lightbulbs out, water damage all over walls and ceilings, cat food all over floor, some mystery substance on the floor in the corner. This hotel is uninhabitable.

This was by far the worst and filthiest hotel I have ever stayed! The room looked nothing like Expedia has advertised in the website pictures. Everything in the room was dirty, broken and worn out. Looking at the sofa, no one would want to sit there. The desk chair was worn out beyond repair. The TV entertainment center was broken and looked like it could fall anytime, More over the smoke alarm was missing in the room! The bathroom light was not working and the bathroom was so dirty and full of mold! The less I talk about the floor is better. I had bookings for 2 nights as I couldn’t get anything in Ann Arbor, but after the first night here, I just had to get the hell out of this filthy place. They refused to return my $50 deposit they took when I checked in! Though I was checking out a day earlier and they had my full payment for 2 days. I do not know how Expedia has this hotel on their site, really disappointed. DO NOT STAY HERE.

My hotel room or should say motel room was disgusting! The shower curtain had blue hair dye all over it that ran all over when it got wet, the bed had dirt on the sheets, the bedding had stains, there was brown stuff that looked like poop all over the bathroom door, the curtains were torn and didnt close all the way so people could see in, the door barley opened, there was trash under the beds and dirty on the floor, i was told they were sold out so another room wasent an option, and they requied a 50$ cash deposit that i could only get back with my receiept after they verified i hadnt caused any damage to the room. I not only left after the 1st night and didnt stay the second I wanted to leave so badly i didnt even ask about the deposit! Its one thing to be a cheaper run down motel but to be dirt and gross at over 100 a night is ridiculous!

This is the worst Baymont I have stayed in. While checking out employee was on her cell phone, elevators did not work, and overall the place was not very clean. I will probably rethink about staying in another Baymont

The plumbing needs overhaul. We got extremely hot water in the shower with hardly any cold water running to mix. Carpet in the room and corridor not clean.

WHEN WE ARRIVED THE GAL AT FRONT DESK WAS NEW AND TOOK A WHILE TO CHECK IN. WE WERE ASSIGNED TO A SO CALLED ACSESABLE ROOM WHICH WAS SMALL AND SMELLED FUNNY. THE BATHTUB WAS DIRTY, PHONES DIDNT WORK , CARPETS WERE DIRTY AMD FLOORS WERE STICKY TO WALK ON. MY WIFE REFUSED THE ROOM AND CLERK SHOWED US 2 OTHER ROOMS THAT WERE WORSE THAN THE FIRST ONE.WE ASKED TO HAVE MONEY REFUNDED TO HER CREDIT CARD AND WE WERE TOLD TO TALK TO TRAVELOCITY ABOUT THAT.. WE ENDED UP AT A HOTEL NEXT STORE TO THE BAYMOUNT IN CANTON MICHIGAN AND IT WAS A TOTAL 360 THAN FIRST HOTEL..
