A bad stay

My hotel staying was quite horrible. The hotel room that I was assigned too had roaches and the refrigerator didn't work. They transferred me to a different room. Which TV and refrigerator and microwave did not work. And and it wasn't a great stay with baymont hotel

This is a very good property if your on a tight budget. Unfortunately our rooms were very dirty and the bathtub had hair from previous guest. One of our microwaves did not work so we had to use our other rooms. Besides that the breakfast and the staff was amazing.

Im disappointed with the staff that was here. I booked my reservation early to have a room with 2 separate beds. On the website it said it was a 2 bed suite so me and my wife booked it. As we arrived from our trip, the receptionist gave me a king size single bed room. I showed my reservation and I was charged an additional fee for the room I reserved. On top of paying for another security deposit. The 3 nights my family and I stayed here it was dirty in our room. Other guest was arguing and doing drug deals in the parking lot. The staff was very rude and disrespectful as if they had no care in the world. If it wasn't for the holiday me and my family would've went to another hotel. I've never stayed at an Baymont Hotel an experience the issues I've had at this location. Will not recommend again.

Barking dogs,loud music started at 4 a.m. facility not well kept,room not clean. The staff was friendly and helped with the barking dogs but that didn’t completely stop.

Worse hotel ever.

The room we were given was not clean, the deadbolt did not work, the security closer was loose, the phone had no buttons and did not have a dial tone. There was no heat, and the p tac unit did not blow hot air. The bathroom door was dropping paint chips. The parking lot was nothing but pot holes. I would never recommend this hotel. We actually left and did not stay.

Furniture in room was broken. Pillows were small and only three on a king bed. Loud voices and car noises all night long. Garbage in the halls and stair wells. A very strong spell of weed in the halls as well. The place looked more like a homeless shelter than a hotel!!
