I have already commented to owner: Smoking laws not observed Police cars and police in lobby upon arrival Terrible housekeeping— not interested to help, did not follow through even after manager redirected them Room in serious disrepair, dirty floors carpet no chair not at all like a Wyndham property, not at all like pictures anywhere in hotel Broken tap, trickle of water Broken fridge caused me a $75 loss of groceries Exposed staples and other dangers for children No working gym Grounds not picked up However: Gina was reasonable , def overworked as the only manager on site all weekend Carly was really good at breakfast.

Simply Disgusting

This hotel is disgusting. I had to ask to change suites because the room was horribly dirty. The furniture looks like it was pulled from an alley. I really don't recommend this hotel; it's horrible.

Meh.

Window was wide open when i arrived. No screen, no stop, it was WIDE open. I looked on the sidewalk below and i didnt see and blood stains or anything so maybe it was just the faint weed smell they were trying to air out. Door looked like it's been pryed open a time or three. Didnt feel too safe to leave my belongings when i left. Dresser was shot, delaminating at the bottom. Not all bad though, after thorough inspection, i found no bed bugs.

daughter rooms was rented out and she had to wait hours to get another room, elevator was broken so she had to carry all their luggage up 3 flights of outside stair with 3 kids. At 10 at night a man walked into room with a keycard , trip to front desk because no one answered phone, found out they rented our room out. Every time we left we had to go to front desk as our key card wouldn't work. Room dirty, under the bed hasn't been clean for months and we are pretty sure there are many people living at the hotel. please don't rent this place you will be disappointed.

Daughter arrived during the night for a room I had paid that night was given to someone else. She had to wait hours for them to get a clean room for her. AT 10 o"clock at night someone walk into our room with a key card, it was because they rented room out to this guy. Every time we left when we came back to room, key card would not work which meant another trip to front desk. Elevator was broke and my daughter had to carry all their luggage plus 3 floors with out side stairs and 3 kids.

probably the worst hotel I have ever seen. everything is brolken... door does not lock. out all soap and sampoo... elevator broke... literally everything is broken or so wore out in the room and around the property,,,,,,

The first 2 hotel rooms they tried to give us smelt was unclean the one had urine in toilet no shower curtain no towels. The window was open with Bees around window. The greeter knew how disappointed I was and went and cleaned a room for us. This was much better and I appreciated her kindness. She apologized. I told her she didn't need to apologize but the owners should look at what they have and get to work. The stairs going to the 3rd floor outside was shabby. Not sure how safe they were.

Room still had someone's used soap in the bathroom and I don't think they wash the sheets. I always itch every time I leave there even though I shower with my own soap. Oh they had no towels in the room either.
